Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-07-09

These terms govern your use of BillBox, an expense document management service operated by Pongvich Gludkhemthong, operating as BillBox. By creating an account or using BillBox, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you use BillBox for a company, on behalf of that company.

1. What BillBox is (and is not)

BillBox helps your company collect expense documents (from web upload, LINE, Telegram, Gmail, Outlook), extract data from them with AI, review and approve expenses, prepare payment vouchers, archive documents to your Google Drive, and export data for accounting.

BillBox is a document management and data-entry assistance tool. It is not an accounting firm, auditor, tax advisor, or legal advisor. Nothing in BillBox constitutes accounting or tax advice. Your company remains responsible for its own bookkeeping, tax filings, and compliance.

2. AI-extracted data must be reviewed

BillBox uses AI to read documents and suggest data such as amounts, dates, vendors, and categories. AI can make mistakes. You must review and verify AI-extracted data before confirming records, issuing payment vouchers, or exporting to your accounting system. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you confirm or export.

3. Your account and your data

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners/admins control member roles and access within their company. Actions taken by your team members within your workspace are your company's responsibility.
  • You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process (including AI processing), and display them solely to provide the service.
  • You confirm that you have the right to submit the documents you upload, including any personal data of third parties they contain.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to process.
  • Use BillBox to send spam or abuse connected channels (LINE, Telegram, email).
  • Attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the service, abuse APIs or rate limits, or access data of other companies.
  • Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
  • Use the service to create forged or fraudulent financial documents.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonable.

5. Third-party services

BillBox connects to third-party services (Google, Microsoft, LINE, Telegram) at your instruction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those providers. Use of data from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use — see our Privacy Policy.

6. Trial, fees, suspension, and termination

  • BillBox may be offered as a trial or under a paid plan. Prices and plan limits will be communicated before you are charged.
  • You may stop using BillBox and request deletion of your data at any time — see Data Deletion.
  • We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, non-payment, or violation of these terms. For non-emergency suspensions we will give reasonable notice.
  • If the service is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not warrant that AI extraction is accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, or that it is error-free.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from inaccurate AI-extracted data that was confirmed or exported without review, tax penalties, or accounting errors.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, 1,000 THB).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Thailand.

2. ข้อมูลจาก AI ต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบ

3. บัญชีและข้อมูลของคุณ

  • คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลบัญชีที่ถูกต้องและเก็บรักษาข้อมูลล็อกอินให้ปลอดภัย คุณรับผิดชอบการใช้งานภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ
  • เจ้าของ/แอดมินของ workspace เป็นผู้กำหนดบทบาทและสิทธิ์ของสมาชิกในบริษัท การกระทำของสมาชิกทีมภายใน workspace ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทคุณ
  • เอกสารและข้อมูลที่คุณส่งเข้ามายังเป็นของคุณ คุณให้สิทธิ์เราจัดเก็บ ประมวลผล (รวมถึงประมวลผลด้วย AI) และแสดงผลข้อมูลนั้นเพื่อให้บริการเท่านั้น
  • คุณยืนยันว่ามีสิทธิ์ส่งเอกสารที่อัปโหลด รวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลอื่นที่อยู่ในเอกสารนั้น

4. การใช้งานที่ห้ามทำ

ห้าม:

  • อัปโหลดเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น หรือที่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์ประมวลผล
  • ใช้ BillBox ส่ง spam หรือใช้ช่องทางที่เชื่อมต่อ (LINE, Telegram, อีเมล) ในทางที่ผิด
  • พยายามเจาะระบบ ทำให้ระบบทำงานหนักเกินควร ใช้ API เกินขอบเขตที่กำหนด หรือเข้าถึงข้อมูลของบริษัทอื่น
  • นำบริการไปขายต่อหรือให้บริการแก่บุคคลที่สามโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากเรา
  • ใช้บริการเพื่อสร้างเอกสารการเงินปลอมหรือฉ้อโกง

เราอาจระงับหรือจำกัดบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนด โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบตามสมควรเมื่อทำได้

5. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม

BillBox เชื่อมต่อกับบริการภายนอก (Google, Microsoft, LINE, Telegram) ตามคำสั่งของคุณ การใช้บริการเหล่านั้นอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง การหยุดให้บริการ หรือข้อจำกัดที่ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านั้นกำหนด การใช้ข้อมูลจาก Google API เป็นไปตาม Google API Services User Data Policy รวมถึงข้อกำหนด Limited Use — ดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

6. ช่วงทดลองใช้ ค่าบริการ การระงับ และการยกเลิก

  • BillBox อาจเปิดให้ทดลองใช้หรือใช้แบบเสียค่าบริการ ราคาและขอบเขตของแพ็กเกจจะแจ้งให้ทราบก่อนเรียกเก็บเงินเสมอ
  • คุณหยุดใช้ BillBox และขอลบข้อมูลได้ทุกเมื่อ — ดูการลบข้อมูล
  • เราอาจระงับบริการชั่วคราวเพื่อบำรุงรักษา เหตุด้านความปลอดภัย การค้างชำระ หรือการละเมิดข้อกำหนด กรณีไม่เร่งด่วนเราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควร
  • หากเราจะยุติการให้บริการ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน พร้อมช่องทางให้คุณ export ข้อมูลออก

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

บริการนี้ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาตสูงสุด:

  • เราไม่รับประกันว่าการอ่านข้อมูลด้วย AI จะถูกต้องทุกครั้ง หรือบริการจะไม่มีสะดุดหรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด
  • เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงความเสียหายจากข้อมูล AI ที่ถูกยืนยันหรือ export โดยไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ ค่าปรับทางภาษี หรือความผิดพลาดทางบัญชี
  • ความรับผิดรวมของเราจำกัดไม่เกินค่าบริการที่คุณชำระให้เราใน 12 เดือนก่อนเกิดข้อเรียกร้อง (หรือ 1,000 บาท หากคุณใช้งานฟรี)

ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดในส่วนที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้จำกัด

8. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปหรือทางอีเมลก่อนมีผล การใช้งานต่อหลังวันที่มีผลถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่

9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทอยู่ในเขตอำนาจศาลไทย
