These terms govern participation in the BillBox Affiliate program operated by Pongvich Gludkhemthong, operating as BillBox.
1. Application and approval
Applicants must provide accurate identity or entity, tax, contact, address, and payout details. The payout account or PromptPay name must match the approved applicant. Participation starts only after approval. The assigned code is unique and cannot be changed.
2. Attribution and customer bonus
A customer may add or change an approved Affiliate code until the Workspace's first subscription payment, after which attribution is locked. On the first successful payment, the customer receives a one-time promotional credit bonus: 199 for Starter, 499 for Growth, or 999 for Business. Annual subscriptions use the corresponding monthly-plan bonus. Enterprise bonuses are stated in the quotation and capped at 999. Bonuses expire after 12 months and are never granted twice.
3. Commission
The Affiliate earns 10% of net subscription revenue after discounts, collected tax, refunds, and chargebacks. Credit packs, setup, custom work, and pass-through expenses are excluded. Enterprise commission applies only to recurring license fees. Commissions are held for 30 days, then confirmed if no refund, chargeback, or fraud issue exists.
4. Payout and tax
Confirmed balances of at least THB 100 are paid in the monthly payout cycle; lower balances roll forward. BillBox may withhold and report tax according to the recipient's legal status. Version 1 payouts are manually reviewed and transferred, with a payment reference and evidence retained.
5. Cancellation, return, and reversal
If a paid Workspace returns within three months after paid access ended, the original Affiliate relationship resumes. Later returns are not attributed. Refund or chargeback of the first payment removes unused bonus credits, does not restore already-used credits, voids unpaid commission, and does not create a new bonus right.
6. Prohibited conduct
Self-referral, false identity, misleading promotion, spam, manipulation, and fraud are prohibited. BillBox may compare Workspace ownership, payer, LINE account, tax details, and payout details. Suspension stops new referrals but preserves legitimate confirmed earnings; amounts proven fraudulent may be voided.
7. Privacy and changes
The Affiliate Portal shows anonymized referral identifiers, funnel status, plan, dates, commission status, and payout history without customer names or documents. Applicant and payout data is handled under the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms with reasonable notice.

ลูกค้าเพิ่มหรือเปลี่ยนรหัส Affiliate ที่อนุมัติแล้วได้จนก่อน Workspace ชำระค่าสมาชิกครั้งแรก จากนั้นรหัสจะถูกล็อก เมื่อชำระสำเร็จครั้งแรก ลูกค้าได้รับโบนัสเครดิตครั้งเดียว: Starter 199, Growth 499 หรือ Business 999 เครดิต แพ็กรายปีใช้โบนัสตามแพ็กรายเดือนที่ตรงกัน ส่วน Enterprise ระบุในใบเสนอราคาและไม่เกิน 999 เครดิต โบนัสหมดอายุใน 12 เดือนและไม่ให้ซ้ำ

ยอด confirmed ตั้งแต่ ฿100 จ่ายในรอบเดือน ยอดต่ำกว่าทบไปเดือนถัดไป BillBox อาจหักและรายงานภาษีตามสถานะผู้รับ ใน v1 ผู้ดูแลจะตรวจ อนุมัติ และโอนเอง พร้อมเก็บเลขอ้างอิงและหลักฐาน
5. การยกเลิก กลับมาใช้ และการถอนรายการ
ถ้า Workspace กลับมาจ่ายภายใน 3 เดือนหลังสิทธิ์แพ็กจ่ายสิ้นสุด ความสัมพันธ์ Affiliate เดิมกลับมาทำงาน หากเกินกำหนดจะไม่ผูกต่อ การ refund หรือ chargeback ยอดแรกจะถอนโบนัสที่ยังเหลือ ไม่คืนเครดิตที่ใช้แล้ว void ค่าคอมที่ยังไม่จ่าย และไม่ให้สิทธิ์โบนัสใหม่
6. การกระทำที่ห้าม
ห้าม self-referral ใช้ข้อมูลเท็จ โปรโมตทำให้เข้าใจผิด ส่ง spam บิดเบือนระบบ หรือ fraud BillBox อาจตรวจเจ้าของ Workspace ผู้ชำระ บัญชี LINE ข้อมูลภาษี และข้อมูลรับเงิน การระงับจะหยุด referral ใหม่แต่รักษารายได้สุจริตที่ยืนยันแล้ว ยอดที่พิสูจน์ว่า fraud อาจถูก void
7. ความเป็นส่วนตัวและการแก้ไข
Affiliate Portal แสดง Referral ID แบบปกปิด funnel สถานะ แพ็ก วันที่ ค่าคอม และประวัติ payout โดยไม่แสดงชื่อลูกค้าหรือเอกสาร ข้อมูลผู้สมัครและการรับเงินอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดโดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควร
